By booking an event with Hit Camps, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your booking.

 

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been received in full and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.

• We reserve the right to cancel any bookings if payment is not received within the specified time frame.

 

2. Payment

• All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Payment can be made securely through the available payment methods, including Vipps or bank transfer.

• The prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply depending on the specific activity or event chosen.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• No Cancellation:

• All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once the booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no cancellations will be accepted.

• In the event that you are unable to attend, we are unable to offer any refund or credit for a future event. ( you are allow to sell your ticket)

 

• Cancellation by Hit Camps:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure. In such cases, we will provide an alternative date or a full refund, depending on the situation.

 

5. Participant Responsibility and Safety

• All participants are required to follow the instructions provided by our guides and staff to ensure their safety during activities.

• Hit Camps is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event, except in cases of negligence or failure to adhere to safety guidelines.

 

6. Liability

• By booking an event, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

• We recommend that all participants have appropriate insurance coverage for the activities they plan to engage in.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• We take your privacy seriously. Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for booking and communication purposes.

• We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

• Hit Camps reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers prior to booking confirmation.
